Germany! Somehow the ecommerce industry in that country grew arround 40% last year. That should not be a big surprise when we hear the fact that there are 200.000 online shops and that there are arround 80 million potential customers.
The interesting thing is that clothing is the most important product category in German ecommerce and women are a major source of revenue online.
Clothing is the biggest source of revenue as sales from this product category are arround 11.6 billion euros.
A lot of online orders are done via selling platforms like eBay or Amazon and comparing to all others alternative solutions these 2 platforms are much more popular than the rest of them.
