Happy start of this year! Let us give you a new scientific article. We love to write this kind of articles and therefore we look forward to share them with you. This time we have decided to touch the chaos theory.
Why just touch, why not present the whole theory? First of all it is a huge area that can not be described in an article like this. Then, it is also deep science connected to different areas and we are not going to write about all of them.
The chaos theory is a study of apparently random or unpredictable behaviour in systems governed by deterministic laws.
Reading different articles about this subject we can understand that chaos theory is not for everyone. Not all people can understand this matter and its content. Especially if you do not have the faintest idea about physics and different fields there.
Do we have examples? Yes, we are surrounded by different situations where chaos theory can be recognized. For example stock market, traffic, weather forecasts and of course each person's destiny during a day. All those situations are dependent on several parameters and the outcome is difficult or impossible to predict.
We can end this article with an example which probably can help every reader to understand the basics of the chaos theory. Here it comes:
Let say that we have a sailboat with a sailor on the sea. If it blows we know that the boat will move. If we add parameters like wind speed and weather we can see that much more can happen. If the wind speed increases, the waves will get bigger and risk for an accident is bigger. If also weather turns in to a storm a disaster can be possible. And if we add two more parameters like sailor’s sailing knowledge and goal then we have a situation where the outcome can be anything.
So, do we know 2023? What can happen this year? Hopefully we have learned that the chaos theory can cover many areas. Since we have some parameters in common with earlier years, we maybe can predict different things this year. But in real life chances or risks for something unpredictable also exist just because our lives are open for unexpected parameters which can affect us.
