We have been waiting for this opportunity a longer time. Tasting an Italian dry wine from 2021 has finally happened. In Germany we found this colorful bottle that contains one whole liter of Bianco Terre Siciliane Italia. When you have it in a glass, its light golden color reveals that it is not completely transparent like other white wines like e.g. Hugo.

What we can say is that this wine really tastes like a dry wine. Is feels like the producer wanted to emphasize that property by writing the german word trocken with big letters on the bottle. You can choose how to enjoy it. If you prefer to drink it with some food, or with some snacks, you can do it. Bianco Terre Siciliane Italia fits good with fish, pizza, pasta and rice. But it could probably contribute to a better taste of any steak.

The wine was very refreshing because we have kept it in the fridge. It contains 12 percent alcohol and slowly drinking can prolong a pleasant atmosphere in warm summer evenings. We also combined this wine drinking with a squeezed lime in a glass of water. The fresh taste of this add-on was just fantastic.
