When a year ends, we maybe want to start the new one with some changes. For example, we want to get rid of some bad habits. Maybe we want to learn something new, or maybe even take better care of our health. We are talking about New Year's resolutions and those are commitments we make at the start of a year. What have you decided and how does it go for you now, almost three weeks after the New Year's Eve?
Earlier in our magazine, we published different articles about healthy lifestyle. They are our attempts to inspire with training and wellness. Last year we published an article called healthy challenge called The Dry 100 and it was about doing a break. It is a way of preventing ourselves from getting tired of something, but also a way of protecting ourselves against negative consequences when doing something not that good.

The Dry 100 challenge is something that we can count as a part of our New Year's resolutions. According to it we are avoiding something that can be bad for our health. Avoiding something, improving something or learning something new during the first 100 days of the year is a perfect challenge for anyone. Living without different online medias, including the social medias, can also make a positive difference.
Our experience shows that prioritizing and learning a new language instead of visiting different news websites and social medias in 13 weeks was very successful. Being without unnecessary news and without unnecessary stress was a key to a healthier existence.
So, folks, let us have a better and healthier 2026!
