Red or white wine from Austria. What would you choose? What would you like to taste? We have not been in Austria in two years but we have collected two very good wines from that country. Now it us time for us to taste them and let you try to imagine how they actually are in the reality.
Summer time is a time when people can sit out and enjoy light, sunshine and long days. Something to drink? A glass of white wine would be great. Servus, white wine from Austria is the one of those that we strongly can recommend. Serving it cold, makes the atmosphere tasty and relaxing. We have to admit that it tasted better than Lamberti from Italy.

What about the red one? What is the difference between that one and the white one? Well, we can tell you that the red wine Servus can be served with dark meat while the white wine Servus is better with fish. We can imagine that the red one, as a supplement to a perfectly grilled Entrecôte, makes the whole experience tastier than it is. If you prefer white wines and if you taste this red one, you will maybe start loving red wines too. Servus rot or Servus red was delicious.
Both wines are dry wines from Niederösterreich, Lower Austria and both contain 12-12,5% alcohol. However, with their refreshing and tasty properties, they have offered us a very good start of the first summer month. Thanks to their satisfying flavor, we have decided to recommend Servus red and white wines. If you are in Austria or if you can find it online, take the opportunity and enjoy at least one of them. We wish you a great summer!
