The user menu looks like it is in some kind of iframe and it is not easy to use. When you open some submenu it is difficult to scroll up again.
JavaScript scripts seem to be heavy. The web developers probably decided to use the latest versions and models of scripts but they did not think about possible problems with speed during the use of the internal website.
The mobile version both on Swedbank and SAS websites looks good but they are slow. Probably because of all those JavaScript scripts.
On the other side they offer apps for mobile devices and those are more effective than the mobile websites which of course makes the slowness problem less important.

Swedbank and new website
Swedbank and new website: Three persons with different backgrounds in the IT world who have experienced this new user interface explain that the old version was much better, much easier to use. All three persons experienced same kind of problems in different browsers in PC and Mac. In one of earlier magazine articles we described a responsive and fresh website. It was SAS website and since that time their new look has been satisfying. Swedbank on the other side, (the website), has got new and refreshed website but, we have to emphasize the word but, it is difficult to work with it. The look is nice but it has been modified so that the user interface is difficult to manage. Looking at the source code we can see that they do not use iframes but they use JavaScript scripts that probably handle their user menu which is almost impossible to use after opening submenus in it. Three persons with different backgrounds in the IT world who have experienced this new user interface explain that the old version was much better, much easier to use. All three persons experienced same kind of problems in different browsers in PC and Mac. Shortly, according to those persons, this new website is difficult to navigate in. There are moments when you have to scroll up and down much more and more often than in the old version. There are also moments when loading actions can be delayed, e.g. when you click on something and do not see result immediately after that.
