45 minutes for your best: Let say that we have followed a regular Swedish person in a period of some years just to be able to analyze what some training can do.


How much do you ever think that some training can give you something positive? Let say that we have followed a regular Swedish person in a period of some years just to be able to analyze what some training can do.


Different workouts have given different results during all years. It has been interesting to see how training positively affects our health. One of the latest workouts in this case contains following steps:


5 min bicycling in 2nd gear
6 exercises where body weight uses
5 min bicycling in 3rd gear
6 exercises where body weight uses
5 min bicycling in 4th gear
6 exercises where body weight uses
3 min bicycling in 3rd gear and 2-3min bicycling in 2nd gear
6 exercises where body weight uses


Above we can see 20-21 minutes of active bicycling. Normally it is possible to burn 320-330 calories during this part of training. What about that 6 exercises part? How many calories do we burn there. It depends probably on what kind of exercises we do.

45 minutes for your best: Red: 325 calories. Blue: 400 calories. Grey: 520 calories.


 


Different workout results

However we have tried to look at similar cases online. According to the website nyttigt.eu  it seems to be possible to burn up to 16 calories in a minute so 25 minutes of this training can result in at least 200 calories.


In total this combination means that you can get rid of 520 calories if you spend 45 minutes in training. Those 45 minutes can mean very much if you keep training on a weekly basis.


The image above shows us how it looks like. The red color represents only 20-21 minutes of bicycling. The blue one is 20-21 minutes of bicycling with some exercises afterwards. The grey one represents the result of workout that we have described in the beginning of this article.
