2G, 3G and 4G at indoor bike

2G, 3G and 4G at indoor bike. Here we are presenting a true story about training and some facts about bicycling in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears with an indoor bike.

Training is not always as when we started with it. If we love what we are doing maybe we do not have to change anything. If we need some changes then some creativity can lead us to new inventions. Why are changes good?

As with many other things, there is always a risk to get tired of training. Same exercises during a longer period can lead to a point where we no longer feel attracted by training. Do you belong to those who give up or do you want to continue with training?

Well, you need to be creative. In this magazine we have written about wellness and different kinds of training. Thanks to the experience we have been able to write about right way of indoor training where indoor bike is involved.

Our articles are based on true stories that contain facts.

2G, 3G and 4G are creating wellness as result of different kinds of training at indoor bike.

2G, 3G and 4G?

In this article we write about one another training with an indoor bike. What is G? It is a shortness for gear. That is, we are presenting some facts about bicycling in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gears with an indoor bike.

  • 2G is perfect for spinning. You can develop and keep a speed between 41 and 46km/h. The average speed can be hold on 44-45km/h in 30 minutes which results in 500 calories burned.

  • 3G can be compared to a daily biking tour in the city. Here is the speed lower. It vary between 38 and 42 km/h and you can burn 500 calories in about 33 minutes.

  • 4G offers higher resistance and speed between 33 and 38 km/h. You can burn 500 calories in 35-36 minutes.

In those three cases above we described training that takes between 30 and 40 min. Comparing to the training described in 45 minutes for your best this one does not take so long time and it always burns 500 calories. If we add some extra exercises afterwards, the total training time and number of burned calories become similar to the numbers in that other article.

So, here we can see how similar training with similar results can get transformed to another form. That is the creativity that we mentioned in the beginning of this article.
