It a shame for Volkswagen! Shame for the whole German car industry just because the employees in Volkswagen Din Bil in Malmoe are not taking responsibility and also because their managers do not care about this bad behavior.
One of the customers had his family car on the reparation at Volkswagen office in Malmoe in the beginning of 2014. The reparation was successful, there are no complaints, but the car was dirty inside and also outside. The employees did everything to get rid of the car and the work and they just ignored the facts that the car was left dirty.
One of the managers ( the one in the technical service department) at the company said that he was sorry about this incident and that he was ready to arrange a car wash- inside and outside. The customer left the car for the motor vehicle inspection some days after having this contact with this manager.
At the same time he asked that manager if it was possible to get the car cleaned and the manager never answered on that email - he simply ignored it.
His co worker at the company said after the inspection: "we can give you a car wash from outside for free" and she didn't even try to contact the manager about his "promises" .
The young co worker tried to leave an extra kind impression on the customer but the customer now knows that the Volkswagen in Malmoe has shown a very negative side on a very clear way.
Hopefully this behavior can be changed. People should be able to understand that bad behavior is not good - for anyone!
