Q-Park, how do they do?

They are an international company that works with parking controls. They drive around in the city and check that all people park their cars correctly. Their job is to control the parking places and give the car owners fines to pay if the car is parked wrong. But are they right every time?  What methods do they use to earn money? Are they fair to the drivers when they do not inform properly? It is known that there are innocent drivers who parked on some free area without breaking the traffic law/rules and got fines to pay. (The only rules are those invisible that you see first when you get the fine.)   The ugly method is following: 1. Do not express that the area is forbidden. 2. Wait until the car is parked and the driver is gone. 3. Leave the fine on the car. One of their explanations: The car was not parked on the marked area. But the car did not disturb any other traffic and/or activity and the driver did not find any available free parking place.   How come that no one care about this? Are Q-Park so hungry for money? Yes they are because they need money to survive and that is why they do not care about informing properly. It would be great with a "forbidden" sign visible but in that case Q-Park would have to fire some employees. That is much better to make innocent people to fall in to the trap by accident. They have their rules and people do not know them. On the other side people can understand the "parking forbidden" signs so why not informing people? Of course there are people who simply ignore all rules and "parking forbidden" sign would not stop them but in that case Q-Park would at least have a healthy reason for punishing instead of waiting on people who innocently fall in to the trap. So... Independent if you are good and fair driver or not, Q-Park will take money from you if you did not see their invisible rule or did not find some marked parking place.
