Pay more and you will be visible! That's what the experience shows. Is a click worth much? Google just uses the situation and collects the money.

Can this be true? "Your competitors probably click at your ads that appear in the results just to make you fall down and take your opportunity from you."Think about following questions: Do your competitors click or are there normal people who search for something? What is the probability to be contacted after paying for 20 clicks as mentioned above? Is that just a fun game for someone or can you trust Google who maybe protects your clicks against fraud clicks? What ever you decide, your website will be found in Google if you have right content and if the word combination for your searches fit with the real content on your website. Your website will not appear as an ad if you don't pay but it can be found if you do right.
