Train crew and Lees-entlmen

Train crew and Lees-entlmen: Is it true that we in our modern time have lower quality of communication, especially in public transport? We can take an example, where train crew wrongly pronounces the information. Instead of saying Ladies and Gentlemen they say this: Lees-entlmen. Is correct language something important in our communication? Yes because it sometimes can result in misunderstanding. Is it true that we in our modern time have lower quality of communication, especially in public transport? Yes that is true. If we look at bigger areas like Öresund area where Malmö in Sweden is connected with Copenhagen in Denmark, our experience in last 10,5 years can explain everything. At Öresunds trains in Sweden and Denmark we hear train crew speak English because they are expected to inform all passengers about the trip. Very often we sadly can hear that crew read the information fighting with pronouncing all words in Swedish, Danish but also in English. That means that they actually do not speak those languages correctly or they have not been trained properly. Also those who manage Swedish or Danish very good and speak English without problems do use wrong pronunciations in English. We can take an example, where both groups wrongly pronounce the information. Instead of saying Ladies and Gentlemen the crew say this: Lees-entlmen. Train crew and Lees-entlmen Instead of saying Ladies and Gentlemen the train crew prefers to say something that sounds more cool but also wrong: Lees-entlmen.   We automatically wonder why it is so. Why do they pronounce it wrongly? The answer might be found in this explanation:
Independent of whether crew's knowledge of English is bad or good or none, they simply want to get rid of what they have to say. They are tired of repeating it every day or they think that they will sound more cool if they say Lees-entlmen instead of Ladies and Gentlemen.
Listening at that Lees-entlment can give all serious passengers an impression of traveling with some kind of bad company, company that you can not trust and at the end we must ask ourselves: who is responsible for what is going on and will the defects mentioned above ever be repaired in our communication in public transport?
