Motivated to run - do you know how? It is not always easy to get motivated to run. Sometimes it can be impossible. Looking from the positive point of view running can help you to strengthen your mental and physical health.
It is not always easy to get motivated to run. Sometimes it can be impossible. It might be many different ways to become motivated but there is one good way if you love challenges. If not, then you maybe can think about it. Maybe it can be your new lifestyle! Do you know how you can become motivated to run? The answer is:
Goal. Reaching the goal.
Running long distances can be experienced as boring and exhausting at the same time as people maybe prefer to take it easy and relax instead of pushing themselves to the limit of physical endurance.
Reaching the goal. Take a look on a map of e.g. your city. Pick some place and measure the distance. Prepare with some warming up and go!
Looking from the positive point of view running can help you to strengthen your mental and physical health. Mental: you will feel great when you reach some goal. Physical: your body works hard and every move is training. Your muscles will feel good.
So, what kind of goal can make us choose to run some longer distance? Our experience that appears to be true is following and it is simple:
Take a look on a map of e.g. your city. Pick some place and measure the distance. Prepare with some warming up and go!
That's it, experience the distance and enjoy reaching your goal. From the first beginning it can be four or five kilometers but after some time you can change to seven or ten kilometers. If you begin to feel passion for running, maybe you can participate in some bigger runs like marathon.
