These two people ignored the visible signs for disabled people and they will always simply ignore them. The war ended many years ago but the tragedy will continue for ever - simply hided behind what Bosnians use to say: "Bosnia was in war".
Thinking that way they will remain as they are. One part of the whole nation lives on the edge of the existence and another part lives with much money and all possible opportunities ignoring the law, writen and moral rules.
Parking her new Mercedes as close as possible to the entrence of this shopping center is her way of showing who rules there.
That is what we can call: The Balkanian tragedy.

Balkanian tragedy
I want to emphasize that the fenomena described below is not actual in Bosnia and Herzegovina only. It is also very actual situation in the all small countries in the surrounding area. The wars ended many years ago. Many people died and many people and soldiers became war disabled. Today, in "modern" Bosnia and Herzegovina, in Sarajevo we can see many details that describe the new life standard. In e.g. one of many shopping centers we can see two parking places for disabled people. Unfortunately these poor people or their drivers can not park there because both places already are taken. A middle age lady in very good shape with Mercedes took one place and a bald man with the quadratic head, also in very good shape and very good new car, parked there.
