Rotwein bitte! A part of the concept

Rotwein bitte! A part of the concept: We are seeing some differences in how similar businesses can think. And it is all about money as we can experience it. Someone calls it concept and we can easily call it money. Looking back in time, the Scandinavian SAS was good and comfortable. The passengers got coffee and cakes or sandwiches. Today they get nothing, literately nothing. They have to buy snacks om board if they fly in the economy class while the first class passengers get it for free. Austrian Airlines on the other side, at least during the 10 last years, have been much better. As an economy class passenger you do not get food but you get some cakes or snacks and different kind of drinks. Rotwein bitte! The image is found at www.heute.at . Rotwein bitte! With a smile a stewardess or steward will give you what ever you wish. It is enough to know that you can get juice, coca cola, coffee, tea or even a glass of wine. As it sounds in German: Rotwein bitte! With a smile a stewardess or steward will give you what ever you wish. How come that Austrian Airlines and SAS are so different? After having a shorter chat with SAS online support we realized that everything looks like it is about the money. chatt_sas SAS vs Austrian Airlines economy class concept The chat supporter explained that it is not their concept to offer snacks and drinks for free in economy class so you should pay more for the first class for being served like economy class passenger at Austrian Airlines. Austrian Airlines probably wants to keep a good standard, the one that makes all passengers happy and satisfied. If they maybe lose money or do not profit very much,  they look like they want to keep being customer friendly.
