On October 5th 2016 one of the families experienced something that affected them negatively and they will probably try to avoid Bauhaus in the future. Within one hour spending at that store no one wanted to help them. The husband tried to get help, desperately walking around in the store but no one at Bauhaus wanted to help. They saw this desperate man but they avoided him and ignored his need for some contact. According to this man they simply pretended like they did not see him.

According to the customer review that we can see online when finding this company in Google the service is beneath contempt. We have met two families in Malmoe who experienced a very bad service. They also experienced that the same women employed at Bauhaus absolutely was not service minded. She was horrible and her service very bad. Both families also experienced that it is almost impossible to get any help or service when visiting the store. There are no employees at the service desks who are willing or able to help. When and "if" they get time for a customer they simply do everything to get rid of the customer.

I am very disappointed, but it was also bad for them because I was willing to spend some thousands of Swedish kronor. Now some another who is worth the money will get it instead.Is it so that Bauhaus in Malmoe has bad employees? Is it so that their employees are bad in whole Sweden? Not necessarily, but in Malmoe they have proved in many cases that they are not willing to help and they are not able to offer a good service. The question is then why? Probably the number of the employees is not enough. The company does everything to save the money. But we do not say that this is the true. This only sounds like the most logical explanation. No more employees, save money and get more exhausted employees. That is, looking from this point of view, the result of their bad money saving strategy that appears to be obvious according to this article and the sad case described in it.
