The service at Malmoe Airport in Sweden is not able to help in any Wizz Air case and they only give a phone number, some kind of Wizz Air support number that costs! Even a phone number in that miserable company costs!
They have no physical post address so there is no chance to get any human service. They should be forbidden because they are wrong and they disturb all other airplane traffic with their flights.
Austrian Airlines on the other side are more than human. Their service is on the top and their prices fit in in all points of view.

In a real case we can see how Austrian Airlines gave their passengers a new flight and a hotel room in Vienna because the transfer passengers missed their connecting flights as the result of delay caused by traffic on Copenhagen Airport.
And Austrian Airlines will not destroy your vacation as Wizz Air does in normal cases. In the Austrian Airplane you can take 23 kg luggage and also a hand luggage in normal human size.
So, when you choose, choose the one who cares, that is Austrian Airlines!

"Cheap" Wizz Air or Perfect Austrian Airlines?
The choice should be very simple. But the competitors exist. Unfortunately they have right to fly like all orher companies. Wizz Air will give you a feeling of being fooled already from the beginning. They will destroy your vacation from the first contact with them and they will not offer any kind service. In a real case, they fooled a woman, a passenger between Bosnia and Sweden. They took an extra payment for some hand luggage which already was payed according to this passenger.
